Candi is a proud native of Brownsboro, Texas, where she grew up on a ranch that instilled in her a strong work ethic and a love for community. She is devoted to her amazing husband and a proud mom of three daughters who inspire her every day.
Candi holds a Master’s in Business Administration from UT Tyler and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University. She also has a SHRM-CP reflecting her dedication to excellence in leadership, people development and organizational success.
Balancing her professional achievements with her family life, Candi is passionate about helping others thrive- both at work and at home.
